As a Certified Lactation Counselor, I am fully trained to help you with your breastfeeding needs. I am here to support you on your breastfeeding journey, to make it easier and a memorable bonding experience between you and your baby. We all have heard that Breastfeeding is only natural and you will get the hang of it, or breastfeeding hurts but you will brave through it!
But the thing is that Breastfeeding isn’t supposed to hurt or be painful. With the right support, it can be an amazing and safe place only you can provide for your baby. Women breastfeed for different reasons but we all know that breastmilk is not only full of antibodies for your babies but It’s also beneficial to women’s overall health! Let me help you meet your breastfeeding goals and be the support you can rely on.
Breastfeeding is personal and intimate, so when you are facing difficulties, it can cause distress and anxiety. It is important that you are working with a provider who understands your personal goals keeping your mental & emotional health in mind. I am Certified in PMADs (Perinatal Mental and Anxiety Disorders-Components of Care by PSI. It gave me a whole new perspective of looking at a mother's state of mind after childbirth, during postpartum and lactation period and provided me with tools to help parents with the issues that may arise if you are struggling with breastfeeding.
I take it as my responsibility to make lactation and breastfeeding support accessible for all nursing parents regardless of their income. I offer very affordable rates per session.

An in-home visit consists of
latching support for optimal milk transfer and supply, assessing and observing a feeding, help with different breastfeeding positions, nipple and breast pain management, a breastfeeding plan, comprehensive assessment of the mother and the baby related to breastfeeding and so much more!
My goal is to leave you with the tools and skills so you feel confident breastfeeding your baby. I will support you every step of the way.
I emphasize with you not wanting to leave your home or not yet be ready to have anyone over at your house especially when you don’t have to, that is why virtual consultation may work great!
The virtual visit consists of everything an in-home visit does. We will talk about your goals, concerns, questions and so much more. Together we will make a personalized plan and set you up for success!
So you finally took your breast pump out of the box. Now what?!
Using a breast pump for the very first time can be very overwhelming and a little intimidating. This is where I can help you figure out pumping and painlessly so!
Pumping support includes flange fitting, using the breast pump, assembling and cleaning, power pumping, storage and handling of breastmilk, and more.

Payments are kindly requested before the visits. I am not in network with any insurance companies but I provide you with a Itemized receipt/super bill with NPI number and necessary procedure and diagnostic codes to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Please contact your insurance company beforehand to check the coverage of lactation services they cover.
